Now that we have entered the 2009 calendar year I'm very excited about the new charge that's in my spirit to move into the next phase of ministry. In August of 2008, after 38 years of pastoring the Church of Atlanta Lighthouse, the Lord commissioned me to turnover the day to day operation to a fine young man who actually grew up in the church - Pastor Tim McKibbins. The transition now avail me to turn my focus toward imparting into the lives of our covenant partners and ministry leaders. 

Ministries and churches today faces unprecedented oppositions and one factor that is essential to the survival of any minister or ministry is who's speaking into the life of the leader. Many times as leaders we charge and teach the flock of the importance of accountability yet we ourselves are sometimes on an isle alone trying to make sense of the calling in which we are operating.  LIM has been positioned by God to  speak into the life of five fold ministry leaders and ministries, sharing the wisdom, insight and knowledge that is vital to operating as a vessel of honor called by God.
